ShelfGenie installed several slide-out shelves in our kitchen and bathroom. We are thrilled with the result. We recently moved from a large home to a much smaller condo and needed to make efficient use of all the spaces. ShelfGenie has doubled the usable shelf space in our kitchen and bathroom. The quality of the sliding shelves is exceptional. The designer created a plan based on our needs. he had great ideas and came up with improvements we didn’t know were possible. The installers were very professional and worked with minimum disruption to our condo. We are very happy with the end result and proudly show off our new shelves to our guests.

They are totally professional, both in measuring and suggesting shelf arrangements, as well as installation. I totally love my new pantry. It is so amazing what a difference the shelves have made in my everyday life.

Can’t say enough about it. I’d reached the point where if I could be bothered to get ‘stuff’ out of the bottom cupboards, I couldn’t be bothered to put it back! I am delighted with the end result and it has (I hope) given me several years of independence in my home … From the initial consultation on the product, the computer images of the installed drawers and on to the very clean and efficient installation of the drawers everything happened on time and in the way that I had been told that it would. Excellent.

Very organized throughout the process from booking to installation. Installer was terrific.

Good experience- Consultant were helpful and explained everything. Installer was helpful too and explained what he was doing. Kept ‘mess’ to a minimum and cleaned up afterwards. I was very pleased to have the order come earlier than expected too. The pull-out shelves are great! Such a pleasure not to have to get on the floor to the lower shelves (getting up again was a big problem!). Also, I had space which I could not use; now can use every inch! Good investment!

Customer service was terrific – really enjoyed working with the staff. Also liked the fact that the products were explained in a way I could understand and there was no pressure to convince me that I needed more than I intended to have put in.

The great service – the installer did a great job with the shelves! He did an amazing job! And we absolutely LOVE the shelves- what a huge difference they made in organizing our kitchen and enabling us to cook fabulous meals. We still make a mess but now we can find and put everything away so much faster!!

These are a ‘necessity’ not a luxury, especially for people who are getting a little older, have trouble bending and getting up, or other health problems.

Fantastic! We enjoyed meeting the sales team at the Home Show, where we got as much info as we needed, and without being pushy allowed us to go home and visualize it in our own space. Jennifer was able to schedule her visit for when we were both homes, and generously spent two hours going over the kitchen, the current issues, listening to how we wanted a certain flow, and suggested a design that fit in well with our lifestyle. We were grateful for her experience in knowing what will work and what was a little too ambitious. Our installer was super friendly, very professional and approachable and made the installation seems easy and painless. He came back to quickly finish something off and was always cheerful and generous with his general handyman knowledge.
